I am studying at LaGuardia because it is the school that accepted me. I originally wanted to go to Bronx Community College because I dislike going to school in the borough that I live in but beggars can't be choosers. I am in Eng 274 because I needed an English class and Intro to Poetry was unavailable. I've written stories and poems for school back when I was in high school. I keep a journal but I rarely write in it and I used to write poetry but I do not anymore. I read a lot of books but none of them have moved me in any way to write. Me in 200+ words. Ohh boy.. Let's see. I love movies, music and food. I am a firm believer in doing things because I want to and not having to think of repercussions. I think life is much better lived when you don't have any regrets. I also believe I am the master of my own destiny, predestination and fate are words not found in my minds dictionary. My favorite colors are black, red and gray.One cannot go wrong wearing any of those colors. Bright colors scare me, although I may wear pink on occasion. I want to be many things when I grow up but I'm aware that I cannot be all of them so I have chosen 3. First I want to become a NYPD officer, that's why I am at LaGuardia to finish my liberal arts degree. Second, I want to work for Homeland Security and lastly I want to retire from teaching. I do not care about money because money does not buy happiness, and I am not materialistic so money can never buy my happiness. I do not ever want to become famous because I've met a few celebrities because of my jobs and I would never want to become a celebrity because they are the most obnoxious people in the world. And that is me in a nutshell.
